FAQ

Do you build Shopify shops or custom?
Both — depending on requirements. Shopify is ideal for pure online shops with standard requirements (from CHF 12,000 for setup + theme). Custom Next.js + Stripe when you need special logic, B2B features, or full brand freedom (from CHF 25,000). WooCommerce when the WordPress ecosystem is already in place.
Can you connect Galaxus/Digitec/Ricardo?
Yes. Galaxus has an official marketplace API, Digitec is usually accessible via Galaxus, Ricardo has its own channel integration. We build a central inventory manager serving all channels simultaneously (central warehouse, automatic sync, unified pricing strategy).
How does POS integration work concretely?
We support Bexio POS, weclapp, ELO Digital, and custom POS systems. On every in-store sale: data goes immediately to the central system (stock reduction, customer assignment if loyalty card). On online purchase: stock reduction propagates to all stores. Prevents double sales of last items.
Twint + Datatrans + Stripe — all three needed?
No, depends on target audience. Twint is mandatory for CH private customers (50%+ market share). Datatrans for credit cards + PostFinance. Stripe if you sell internationally. We usually recommend Twint + Datatrans as base setup, Stripe addable when export business kicks in.
