Leadradar is a proactive lead generation system for Swiss B2B sales: define your ideal customer profile once — segments, cantons, legal forms, minimum capital, exclusions — and every night Leadradar scans SHAB and Zefix for eight curated buying signals: new incorporations, capital increases, leadership changes, business purpose changes, legal form changes, mergers and splits, registered office and address changes, and new branch offices — curated from 41 possible mutation types, each signal individually toggleable. Each match is enriched with website and business purpose data, scored 0–100 by AI, and automatically assigned to the right salesperson. Instead of reactively searching the commercial register, qualified leads come to you — filtered, scored, prioritized.

Monitoring Radar
Customer base monitoring with SHAB & Zefix
Monitoring Radar watches the Swiss commercial register on behalf of your customer base and alerts you to every relevant event. You upload your customer list — we match it daily against SHAB and Zefix using UIDs and normalized company names, and report 37 event types: 11 risk signals (bankruptcy, bankruptcy proceedings, dissolution, liquidation, deletion, capital reduction, demerger, asset transfer, court decision, composition agreement, composition moratorium), 11 opportunity signals (leadership changes, business purpose changes, capital increases, registered office and address changes, mergers, legal form changes, name changes, liquidation reversal, re-registration, branch openings, statute changes), and 15 additional configurable mutations such as UID changes, capital band, denomination, nominal value changes and paid-in capital. For each event type you decide whether and how you'd like to be alerted — as a task in the platform, by email, or via webhook into your CRM.
