FAQ

What does a custom ERP cost for SMEs?
Small tools (e.g. CRM + order management) from CHF 25,000. Mid-sized ERP systems: CHF 60,000-150,000. Complex solutions with multi-system integration: CHF 100,000+. Exact price after detailed specification.
Is custom ERP worth it vs. standard software (Bexio, Abacus)?
For very small operations often not — Bexio is enough. For mid-sized companies with special processes, yes: you save licensing costs, get exactly the features you need, and stay flexible. Rule of thumb: from ~10 employees with special workflows it often pays off.
How long does an ERP project take?
Smaller tools: 3-6 months. Mid-sized ERPs: 6-12 months (with modular rollout). We recommend iterative releases — you use module 1 while we develop module 2.
Can you integrate with our existing software (Bexio, SAP, etc.)?
Yes. REST APIs, SOAP, file import/export, EDI — we find the right integration for every system. Bidirectional synchronization is standard.
What about maintenance and updates?
With our care packages we take care of your ERP solution long-term — security updates, bug fixes, smaller adjustments. Larger expansions separately as project phases.
